The East African University (TEAU) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join our vibrant sports community on a part-time basis. This role is focused on mentoring young talent and fostering a positive sports environment for student-athletes. TEAU is a fully chartered private university in Kenya, dedicated to offering high-quality, transformative education.
Responsibilities
Provide coaching and technical training to the university football team.
Mentor and guide student-athletes to develop their sporting skills and personal discipline.
Oversee team performance during training and matches.
Foster a culture of sportsmanship, teamwork, and excellence among players.
Support the university's sports community initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
Must possess a BA, BSc, or HND qualification.
A deep passion for sports and a proven ability to mentor young individuals.
Strong knowledge of football rules and training methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
