We are recruiting for the position of Food & Beverage Manager. The role involves managing the food and beverage operations within the institution, ensuring that all catering services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and nutritional value for students and staff.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including menu planning and service execution.
Lead and manage diverse kitchen and service teams to maintain high performance and service standards.
Manage procurement processes and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen management regulations.
Manage budgets, perform financial reporting, and implement cost control measures for the department.
Facilitate effective communication between the catering department and school management.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in food and beverage management (experience in schools, hotels, institutions, or coffee shop operations is preferred).
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen management standards.
Proven leadership and organizational skills with experience managing diverse teams.
Excellent financial management and procurement skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
