Role Overview
As the Finance Manager, you will serve as the financial backbone of the business. You will be responsible for driving financial health, managing day-to-day operations, and advising leadership on key strategic decisions. This role ensures compliance, fosters growth, and maintains sustainability. Responsibilities and Duties
- Financial Operations: Oversee full financial operations including reporting, audits, and compliance.
- Budgeting and Planning: Manage budgets, forecasts, and overall financial planning.
- Profitability: Drive cost optimization and business profitability initiatives.
- Strategic Support: Support leadership in strategic decision-making and business growth strategies.
- Cash Management: Manage cash flow, payments, and financial controls.
- Compliance: Ensure tax compliance and alignment with all regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Systems and Policies: Strengthen internal systems, policies, and internal controls.
- Investment Support: Support investment decisions with detailed financial data.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Certification: Mandatory CPA or ACCA qualification.
- Advanced Education: Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in a senior finance role, specifically within the FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail sectors.
- Technical Skills: Strong experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Systems: Hands-on experience with ERP and accounting systems.
