Role Overview
The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving customer acquisition through direct engagement and demonstrations. You will educate potential customers on the financial and health benefits of Ecosafi's stove and fuel products, ensuring a smooth transition and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Recruitment: Recruit new customers by demonstrating the features and benefits of our stove and fuel products in group settings.
Savings Analysis: Help customers evaluate their current monthly spending on cooking energy and illustrate how our solution saves them money.
In-Home Training: Train new customers on the proper use of the stove within their homes, providing tips to optimize their cooking experience.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain excellent long-term relationships with new and existing customers through superior service and proactive follow-up.
Customer Support: Prioritize and respond to customer questions in a friendly, professional manner that ensures they feel valued.
Data Recording: Maintain accurate records of all customer sales and interactions within the company’s database.
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Candidates with a Diploma in these fields are also encouraged to apply.
Experience: Proven experience in sales is required. Experience within a subscription-based model or the renewable energy industry is highly preferred.
Customer Focus: A strong and demonstrable commitment to providing excellent customer service.
