UMS Kenya is a leading provider of electricity and water submetering solutions, specializing in tenant prepaid submetering. We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our team in Kisumu to drive sales of UMS Prepaid Metering Solutions, recruit customers and sales agents, and expand our market presence in the region.
Responsibilities
Identify and recruit new customers and sales agents.
Promote and sell UMS Prepaid Metering Solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
Meet monthly sales targets and submit activity reports.
Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous field sales experience is an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Must own or have access to reliable transport.
