Job Summary
The Field Sales Associate is responsible for driving customer acquisition, increasing sales, and building lasting customer relationships within an assigned territory. The role promotes Keep IT Cool's products and services while supporting market expansion, customer retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition
Prospect and acquire new customers within assigned territories.
Conduct daily field visits to restaurants, hotels, cafés, retailers, butcheries, institutions, SMEs, and residential communities.
Register new customers on the Markiti platform.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Sales Execution
Sell fresh fish, chicken, cold chain services, cooling solutions, and other Keep IT Cool products.
Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Execute promotions and commercial campaigns.
Increase customer order frequency and average order value.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct regular customer follow-up visits.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Resolve or escalate customer issues promptly.
Territory Development
Develop assigned territories and identify new business opportunities.
Support commercial activities during new hub launches.
Expand market coverage and increase customer penetration.
Trade Marketing & Activations
Participate in roadshows, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and community activations.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Increase brand awareness within assigned territories.
Sales Operations
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
Monitor customer activity and sales performance.
Comply with company sales processes and policies.
