This role is for a part-time swimming instructor specifically focused on female student instruction across various educational stages from EYFS to KS4.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality swimming instruction to female students across levels from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Key Stage 4 (KS4).
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during swimming lessons and within the pool area.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Maintain a supportive and encouraging learning environment that aligns with Braeburn Schools' values.
Requirements and Qualifications
Academic Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a specialization in Physical Education from a recognized institution.
Certification: Lifesaving Level 3 Certification is mandatory.
Certification (Advantage): Coaching Level 1 Certification is considered an added advantage.
