Job Description
Maiyan Resort, an award-winning luxury destination, is seeking a meticulous and high-energy Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping and laundry operations. We don't just offer a stay; we deliver an experience. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for leading teams, maintaining 5-star cleanliness, and overseeing operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage housekeeping, laundry, and public area teams.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and luxury standards across all spaces.
Oversee budgets, linen inventory, and procurement.
Develop and enforce SOPs for consistent 5-star service.
Collaborate with Maintenance & Front Office for seamless operations.
Candidate Profile
A strong leader who inspires and manages high-performing teams.
A "white-glove" eye for detail and uncompromising standards.
A balance of guest experience focus and cost efficiency.
Highly organized with strong operational control.
Proactive problem-solver in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
8+ years of experience in luxury hospitality.
