Role Overview

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the culinary department, overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dining experiences that align with the hotel's standards and its American-style culinary theme.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all aspects of the kitchen operations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Oversee the preparation and service for the American-style restaurant.
• Ensure strict adherence to food health and safety regulations.
• Manage kitchen staff, including training and performance supervision.
• Control inventory and manage food costs effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND in Culinary Arts or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in reputable hospitality organizations.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a professional kitchen team.
