Role Overview
As a Food Technologist, your main role will be to apply your knowledge in pork production, collaborate with production teams, ensure quality control, and contribute to the development of new meat products.
Key Responsibilities
Process Improvement: Apply food technology principles to improve pork production processes.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
R&D: Conduct research and development for new meat products.
Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Processing, Food Science, or a related field.
At least 6 months of work or internship experience in butchery, slaughtering, or meat production.
Must possess a valid Passport.
