Job Description
The Executive Assistant supports the Group CEO (GCEO) in coordinating and driving execution of key priorities across the Group. The role represents the Group CEO in selected high-level engagements, aligns cross-functional activities, and ensures accountability, progress, and timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
Key Job Functions
Executive Representation & Stakeholder Engagement
Represent the GCEO in selected internal and external meetings, ensuring effective follow-through.
Engage with Group leadership to maintain alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Act as a link between the GCEO and the business, ensuring clarity in direction and expectations.
Strategic Execution & Coordination
Drive execution of GCEO and Group priorities across functions and geographies.
Provide administrative and coordination support on GCEO-led special projects.
Track key initiatives and ensure timely progress and delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts and resolve bottlenecks.
Maintain visibility on progress and escalate risks where necessary.
Decision Support & Thought Partnership
Act as a trusted thought partner to the GCEO.
Prepare high-quality briefing materials, presentations, and meeting insights.
Provide structured input to support clarity and direction on key matters.
Governance, Accountability & Follow-through
Drive discipline in execution across leadership teams.
Track commitments from meetings and ensure closure and accountability.
Executive Office Coordination
Manage high-level communication and scheduling aligned to business priorities.
Provide Board & Committee Support.
Prepare executive-level presentations for leadership, clients, and Board engagements.
Travel & Logistics Management.
Identify opportunities for improving processes and systems.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Effective execution of GCEO priorities across the Group.
Strong alignment and coordination across leadership teams.
Improved accountability and follow-through on key initiatives.
High-quality representation of the GCEO in strategic engagements.
Timely delivery of cross-functional projects.
Requirements and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Communication, or related field.
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Prior experience supporting board-level processes and committees is required.
Experience working with multi-country stakeholders or in a multi-entity group is preferred.
Additional certification in Executive Support or Project Management is an advantage.
