Powerstar Supermarkets is seeking five (5) early-career Branch Accountants to support branch financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited experience to gain hands-on exposure in retail accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Support month-end closing and preparation of financial statements.
Assist in reconciling branch records and maintaining the general ledger.
Monitor accounts payable/receivable and ensure compliance with policies.
Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Candidate Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualification (CPA Part 2, ACCA, or equivalent).
Up to 1 year of experience (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
