This role involves managing the full sales cycle — from first contact to closing — with a heavy emphasis on front-end activity, deal progression, and building high-level executive relationships.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Revenue Generation: Identify, prospect, and convert new Enterprise clients to generate profitable new revenue.\n* Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities across multiple sectors and geographies.\n* Strategic Outreach: Conduct outreach through direct engagement, events, and third-party referrals to identify high-potential prospects.\n* Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales cycle with a focus on deal progression and tailored solution delivery.\n* Account Planning: Create and execute Account Plans to grow wallet share within assigned strategic accounts.\n* Relationship Building: Establish and maintain C-level relationships to gain insight into client needs.\n* Market Visibility: Collaborate with brokers, real estate advisors, and consultants to generate opportunities.\n* Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with regional Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.\n* Feedback Loop: Continuously share feedback from clients to improve product-market fit and effectiveness.\n* Reporting: Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and activity reports.\n\n### Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications\n* Education: BA/BSc/HND degree.\n* Sales Expertise: Proven track record in B2B prospecting, business development, and solution selling.\n* Stakeholder Influence: Experience working with and influencing C-level stakeholders.\n* Industry Knowledge: Background in commercial real estate, enterprise services, or flexible workspace is highly desirable.\n* Deal Management: Strong understanding of the enterprise customer buying journey and long-cycle deal management.\n* Target Achievement: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets through self-generated pipelines.\n* Negotiation: Strong negotiation and contract structuring skills.\n* Commercial Acumen: High level of commercial awareness and results orientation.\n* Global Outlook: Comfortable working in global, matrixed organisations with distributed teams.\n* Personal Attributes: Adaptable, proactive, and confident in navigating ambiguity.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online via the International Workplace Group careers portal on careers.iwgplc.com.
