The Electrician will be responsible for diagnosing malfunctioning equipment, supporting electrical and instrumentation installations, and ensuring that factory operations are optimized for maximum efficiency. The role requires a candidate who can work independently to maintain powerhouse assets and comply with safety regulations.\n\n### Responsibilities and Duties\n- Diagnose malfunctioning equipment and repair at the least possible time to minimize downtime.\n- Support the implementation of electrical and instrumentation installations in the factory ensuring productivity and efficiency are optimized.\n- Ensure proper upward and downward communication regarding maintenance needs and equipment status.\n- Report all maintenance requirements and equipment failures to management promptly.\n- Ensure proper care, use, and accountability of powerhouse tools and assets in accordance with company policies.\n- Oversee the day-to-day implementation of preventive maintenance (PM) in the Power station.\n- Support cable structure design, including tray installation, cable laying, and termination.\n- Install and upgrade consumer units, earthing systems, and lighting fixtures to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.\n- Conduct regular electrical safety checks and assessments, identifying and resolving any hazards.\n- Lead maintenance activities in the Power station according to established procedures.\n- Ensure correct parameter settings for the optimal use of all power generation equipment.\n- Implement and monitor scheduled maintenance programs for the power stations.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n- A Certificate or Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.\n- Minimum of 2–5 years of professional experience in industrial instrumentation maintenance, electrical installations, and equipment configuration.\n- Proven experience in process automation, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial systems and equipment.\n- Possession of an Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) License is a significant added advantage.\n- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\n- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-pressure environment.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should submit their application online through the official recruitment portal: .
