Electrical and Electronic Engineering Trainer

The college is seeking to recruit qualified and dedicated individuals for the position of Electrical and Electronic Engineering Trainer. These trainers will be responsible for delivering technical instruction and fostering the development of practical skills among students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical training in Electrical and Electronic Engineering courses.
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and training materials.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, practical tests, and examinations.
• Maintain and manage workshop equipment and tools to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
• Mentor and guide students in their career development and innovative projects.
• Participate in curriculum development and review as required by the institution.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Degree or Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Relevant professional certifications and registration with regulatory bodies would be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in the use of technical equipment and software related to Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
