Food & Beverage Trainer

The Role

The college is seeking to recruit two (2) qualified Food & Beverage Trainers to join their academic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and practical instruction to students in the Food & Beverage and Catering departments, ensuring they gain the necessary skills for the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical training in Food & Beverage, Catering, and Accommodation modules.
• Prepare and maintain training materials, lesson plans, and schemes of work.
• Assess student progress through practical and theoretical examinations.
• Ensure compliance with TVET standards and industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide students in professional hospitality standards.
• Maintain workshop equipment and ensure a safe training environment.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: A Degree or Diploma in Food & Beverage, Catering & Accommodation, or any other equivalent and relevant qualifications from a recognized institution.
• Passion for vocational training and skills development.
