BNTVC is seeking to recruit qualified and experienced individuals for the position of General Agriculture Trainer (2 Posts).
Role Overview
The trainer will be responsible for providing instruction and practical guidance to students in the field of General Agriculture. The primary goal is to ensure students gain the necessary technical competencies and entrepreneurial skills required for the modern agricultural industry. This involves curriculum delivery, practical demonstrations, and student assessment within the TVET framework.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality training and instruction in General Agriculture courses.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical tools for student instruction.
Conduct practical sessions, field visits, and agricultural demonstrations.
Assess and evaluate student performance through regular assignments, tests, and practical examinations.
Mentor students and provide guidance on agricultural entrepreneurship and career pathways.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Manage and maintain agricultural training equipment and resources.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of a Degree or Diploma in General Agriculture or any other equivalent and relevant qualifications from a recognized institution.
Demonstrated ability to deliver technical training in a vocational setting.
Commitment to student-centered learning and practical skills development.
