Role Overview
Kenya Connect is seeking an experienced Director of Monitoring and Evaluation to lead our M&E activities. The successful candidate will design and refine data collection and measurement tools, and support program teams to use data for learning, decision-making, program adaptation, and donor reporting. This role requires strong qualitative and quantitative skills, as well as experience with non-profit or NGO programs in field-based settings.
Key Responsibilities
Design and refine data collection, evaluation, and measurement tools.
Support program teams to use data effectively for program learning, strategic decision-making, program adaptation, and donor reporting.
Build and manage mobile data collection platforms.
Carry out data analysis using quantitative tools and qualitative methods.
Handle qualitative assessments, storytelling, interviews, and analyzing deep contextual aspects beyond raw statistics.
Write strong, clear reports and communicate findings to various stakeholders.
