Direct Sales Representative

As a Direct Sales Representative at KCB Bank Kenya, you will be responsible for sourcing prospective customer leads and driving sales growth for the bank's products. Your role involves active field prospecting, product explanation, and ensuring a seamless application process for new customers while maintaining high standards of service quality.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Sourcing prospective customer leads from various sources, such as referrals, cross-selling opportunities, and sales activations organized by the bank.\n- Explaining product features to prospective customers in line with specifications and ensuring fair treatment of customers.\n- Guiding customers through the application process for bank products.\n- Reviewing customer applications and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.\n- Authenticating customer details by verifying original documents (National ID, passports) against photocopies.\n- Forwarding completed applications to the relevant Sales Manager or Retail Support Team within 24 hours of sign-off.\n- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell other bank products suitable for customer needs.\n- Maintaining safe custody of all customer documents under your care.\n- Handling and forwarding customer feedback or complaints to the appropriate management.\n- Sharing market intelligence and field information with leadership to improve bank products and providing regular sales reports.\n\n### Requirements\n- Be a graduate of a recognized university.\n- Have at least 2 years’ working experience in Sales.\n- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.\n- Have a passion and commitment to quality service.\n- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n- Ability to meet stringent targets within defined deadlines.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified?
