The Direct Sales Agent at CDL Human Resource is a sales-driven role focused on achieving targets for airtime, acquisitions, and telecommunication devices within the Thika region. The role combines direct sales with inventory management, payment processing, and technical customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Generate Sales: Achieve set targets for Airtime, Acquisitions, and Devices.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory and consignment stock daily to ensure accurate balance and tracking of physical movements.
Payment Handling: Receive customer payments through approved methods, manage daily cash floats, and account for all daily sales accurately.
Customer Experience: Implement strategies to improve the customer journey and drive sales growth.
Technical Support: Assist customers with the configuration of data devices and offer first-level troubleshooting.
Principal Outputs
Revenue: Meet monthly targets for Airtime, Routers, and Handsets.
Shop Profitability: Adhere to Retail Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding stock, payment management, and operational costs to maintain EBITDA.
Quality Growth: Focus on quality acquisitions in terms of FRA and ARPU.
Customer Metrics: Drive Brand Net Promoter Score (NPS) and growth in the Retail Customer Satisfaction Index.
Escalation Resolution: Handle customer ticketing and provide first-level resolution.
Business Development: Identify and close new leads while growing an individual customer database portfolio.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience in sales.
