Our client in the Telecommunications sector seeks to recruit a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) based in Malindi. Reporting to the Shop Team Leader, the successful candidate will market and sell the company's products and services in a professional manner. The role involves adhering to guidelines for finance controls, processes, and policies within the retail operations mandate.
Key Responsibilities
Generate Sales: Meet and exceed targets for Airtime, Acquisitions, and Devices.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory and consignment stock daily to ensure accurate balance of inventory movements and physical stock.
Cash Management: Manage daily cash float and provide a full account of daily sales.
Customer Experience: Support and implement strategies to improve the customer journey and increase sales.
Technical Support: Assist customers with technical needs, particularly the configuration of data devices.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
Competencies
Technical: Marketing skills, Product Knowledge, Upselling and Cross-selling, Solution Oriented, and CRM.
Core: Customer focus, Networking and building partnerships, Influencing and negotiating, and Analytical thinking.
