CDL Human Resource is seeking a Direct Sales Agent for a role based in Machakos. The primary purpose of this role is to drive revenue growth through the sale of airtime, acquisitions, and telecommunication devices. You will be responsible for meeting set sales targets, managing inventory, processing payments, and providing technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed set targets for Airtime, Acquisitions (FRA, ARPU), and Devices (Routers, Handsets).
Inventory Management: Daily monitoring of inventory and consignment stock to ensure accurate physical balances and movement tracking.
Financial Handling: Receive and manage customer payments through approved methods, handle the daily cash float, and reconcile daily sales.
Customer Experience: Implement strategies to improve the retail customer journey and overall satisfaction.
Technical Support: Provide configuration support for customers, particularly for data devices.
Business Development: Identify and close new leads, while documenting and growing your individual customer portfolio.
Resolution Management: Ticket and provide first-level resolution for customer escalations.
Requirements and Experience
Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the retail or telecommunications sector.
