Role Overview\nAs a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of airtime, acquisitions, and various data devices. This role involves proactive sales generation, inventory monitoring, and delivering high-quality customer service to meet organizational targets. You will also handle payment processing and provide technical support to customers.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Sales Generation: Achieve targets for Airtime, Acquisitions, and Devices.\n* Monitor inventory and consignment stock daily to ensure accurate balance and physical stock movements.\n* Handle and receive customer payments via company-approved methods, manage daily cash floats, and account for daily sales.\n* Support and implement customer experience improvement strategies for increased sales and drive growth in the Retail Customer Satisfaction Index.\n* Provide technical assistance to customers, particularly in the configuration of data devices.\n\n### Principal Outputs for this Role\n* Achieve set targets in Airtime, Routers, and Handsets.\n* Ensure adherence to all briefed Retail Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding stock, payment management, and operational costs.\n* Maintain standards in terms of FRA and ARPU.\n* Actively drive Brand Net Promoter Score.\n* Ensure growth in the Retail Customer Satisfaction Index.\n* Document, track, manage, and offer first-level resolution for customer escalations.\n* Look for new leads, close sales, and manage a database of individual customer portfolios.\n\n### Requirements\n* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.\n* At least 1 year of experience in sales.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply online via the CDL recruitment portal at or through the application link provided: .
