The Digital Sales Strategist will be responsible for converting online leads into sales by calling customer leads collected through alternative channels and convincing them to purchase retail life solutions. This role is central to meeting set revenue budgets and promoting Jubilee's retail life and pension products. The successful candidate will drive growth in the digital sales portfolio, ensure seamless customer experiences, and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Proactively call and convert online customer leads into sales for retail life solutions.
Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed established revenue budgets and sales targets.
Product Promotion: Market and sell Jubilee retail life and pension products or services to prospective clients.
Portfolio Growth: Strategically grow the digital sales portfolio and manage existing client relationships.
Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and high-quality journey for customers coming through digital channels.
Strategic Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to align digital sales efforts with broader corporate goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Finance, Business, Marketing, or any related field.
Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (ECOP or COP).
A valid 2026 IRA License is mandatory.
Previous experience in a Call Center or Tele-sales environment.
Experience and Skills
Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully closing online sales leads and managing portfolios.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Experience in Tele-sales, e-commerce sales, call center support, or digital sales is a significant advantage.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives.
