Job Purpose
This individual will be responsible for developing and managing our client’s digital marketing strategies, with a focus on social media, content creation, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media management, content marketing, and digital advertising to grow brand awareness and attract potential clients.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to generate qualified leads for our client’s home care programs.
Content Creation: Create engaging, SEO-friendly content and visuals for social media, blogs, and websites to boost brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
Community Management: Monitor and manage social media channels—responding promptly to comments, inquiries, and messages to maintain a professional and caring brand tone.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, engagement rates, and conversion data, using tools like Meta Ads Manager and Lead management CRM.
Optimization: Optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for improved click-through and conversion rates.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with company objectives and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Market Research: Conduct market and audience research to identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimization.
Content Scheduling: Create and schedule content calendars highlighting caregiver programs, testimonials, awareness posts, and educational materials.
Lead Nurturing: Manage and nurture leads through the CRM system, tagging and tracking outcomes to support follow-ups and improve lead quality.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and industry best practices to continuously enhance campaign performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
Ads Expertise: Proven ability to run successful social media campaigns and digital ads.
Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and digital advertising tools.
Soft Skills: Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills.
Tools: Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to track performance.
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
