Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing: Build customer relationships, identify business opportunities, promote products, and drive sales growth through regular engagement, demonstrations, and strategic follow-up.
Customer Service: Provide timely support to customers and clinical teams, ensure prompt delivery of information and consumables, and resolve customer issues professionally.
Service Excellence: Provide technical support during procedures, uphold professional and sterility standards, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to support business growth.
Account Management: Conduct customer visits, manage accounts, secure orders, support collections, and handle complaints or product returns effectively.
Reporting & Administration: Prepare sales reports and forecasts, maintain reporting systems, and provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
Adaptability & General Support: Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and resilience while supporting additional responsibilities as assigned to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Science-related courses (Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field).
Previous experience in the marketing and promotion of dental products is preferred.
A minimum of one year of field sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a demonstrated ability to coach and motivate the sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage vendors and internal stakeholders professionally and resolve issues collaboratively.
