ExpertWorld Concepts, a specialist in interior design and furniture project management, is looking for a Customer Service Executive (Logistics / IOR) for a full-time, on-site position in Nairobi. This role is focused on providing exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless client satisfaction by managing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. You will play a vital role in coordinating logistics operations and overseeing Importer of Record (IOR) services to maintain high standards of compliance and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Provide high-quality service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
IOR Service Oversight: Manage the end-to-end process of Importer of Record (IOR) services, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
Compliance: Maintain high standards of efficiency and compliance throughout the logistics and customer service lifecycle.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: Experience in Customer Support and a proven track record of delivering Customer Satisfaction.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with customer service software.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics, IOR/EOR processes, and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.
