AirKenya Express is an airline based in Nairobi, Kenya, operating domestic scheduled and charter services, as well as scheduled flights to Tanzania. We are seeking a qualified Customer Care Officer to manage customer experience and oversee our service teams.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or customer experience management.
At least 5 years of experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the aviation or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Customer Service, Hospitality, or a related field.
