Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Design & Delivery: Design and deliver comprehensive hairdressing and beauty therapy courses aligned with industry standards.
Training & Instruction: Balance practical hands-on training sessions with theoretical classroom instruction, ensuring all lessons meet high professional standards.
Student Mentorship: Mentor and guide students to build their professional confidence, creativity, and technical competence.
Learning Environment: Foster an inclusive, supportive, and active learning environment that encourages student participation in demonstrations and activities.
Assessment: Develop fair and transparent assessment tools to track student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback to refine technical skills.
