About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager to lead our commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage business development activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in agribusiness, FMCG, or food production sectors, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and scaling business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Agribusiness, Commerce, or a related field.
• A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related discipline will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of seven (7) years' progressive commercial leadership experience, with at least three (3) years managing sales or business development teams.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Experience managing key accounts, pricing, contract negotiations, and market expansion.
• Strong understanding of the agribusiness, FMCG, food production, or value chain sectors.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence business decisions.
