4G Capital is looking for a Business Development Manager (KUZA) to identify, develop and onboard new distributor partnerships across the assigned region. The successful candidate will drive sustainable revenue growth by expanding existing distributor relationships while opening new markets, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop and onboard new distributor partnerships across your assigned region.
Drive sustainable revenue growth by expanding existing distributor relationships while opening new markets.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within distributor and manufacturing networks.
Ensure accurate distributor data is maintained to support sales and customer acquisition.
Partner closely with our Call Centre teams to maximize customer conversions and collections performance.
Deliver product and KUZA training that enables distributor teams to successfully engage customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Represent the 4G Capital brand during marketing campaigns, activations and business development initiatives.
Provide timely market intelligence and business performance reports that influence commercial decision-making.
Requirements & Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Development, Sales or Commercial Partnerships.
Proven experience working with FMCG companies, manufacturers or distributor networks.
Demonstrated success growing business through strategic partnerships.
Experience managing or leading high-performing teams.
Strong networking and negotiation skills.
Ability to influence senior business stakeholders and decision-makers.
Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
