Hillside College is a modern and progressive institution delivering high-quality education and training. We are looking for 20 proactive College Enrollment Marketers to run marketing campaigns and drive student enrollment for our campus in Utawala. The ideal candidates must have mandatory prior experience as insurance sales agents, demonstrating a strong ability to meet targets and convert leads into business.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Execute marketing plans in liaison with the Marketing Officer to reach target markets and ensure enrollment goals are met.
Material Distribution: Ensure timely distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters.
Lead Generation: Generate live leads and conduct follow-ups to convert potential students into enrolled candidates.
Creative Input: Advise on the creation of advertisements and marketing materials to effectively promote the college.
Strategy & Evaluation: Participate in evaluating marketing activities to measure effectiveness and develop continuous improvement strategies.
Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on all marketing activities implemented.
Budgeting: Participate in the preparation of marketing budgets.
Media & Digital Marketing: Strengthen relationships with media organizations and execute marketing activities across digital platforms such as websites, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Ads.
Performance Monitoring: Provide social media performance reports to enhance future planning.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma in Marketing or a related business course.
Experience: At least one year of mandatory experience specifically as an insurance sales agent.
Targets: Proven ability to meet and exceed stretched sales targets.
Remuneration and Terms
Applicants must be willing to accept the following specific terms:
Basic Salary: Ksh 15,000 per month based on a target of 5 student enrollments.
Commissions: Ksh 1,500 for every additional enrollment beyond the initial 5 students per month.
Allowances: Travel, lunch, and airtime allowance of Ksh 500 for every enrollment, paid instantly upon admission.
