Hillside College is seeking 20 College Enrollment Marketers responsible for driving the Institute’s marketing campaigns and student enrollment efforts. The ideal candidates will leverage their insurance sales background to execute marketing plans, generate live leads, and convert prospects into students. The positions are based in Utawala, Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities
Execute marketing plans in coordination with the Marketing Officer.
Ensure timely distribution of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and posters.
Generate live leads and conduct follow-ups to convert them into active enrollments.
Provide advice on the creation of advertising and marketing materials to promote the college effectively.
Participate in the evaluation of marketing activities to measure overall effectiveness.
Implement Go-To-Market campaigns to reach target audiences in a timely manner and ensure enrollment goals are met.
Prepare monthly marketing reports on implemented activities and suggest continuous improvement strategies.
Assist in the preparation of marketing budgets.
Strengthen relationships with media organizations to ensure effective messaging and brand positioning.
Plan and execute marketing activities on digital platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Ads, while monitoring social media performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma in Marketing or a related business course.
Mandatory: At least one year of experience as an insurance sales agent.
Proven ability to meet stretched targets.
Willingness to accept the specified remuneration terms.
Remuneration and Terms
Basic salary of KES 15,000 with a monthly target of 5 student enrollments.
A commission of KES 1,500 for every additional enrollment exceeding the 5-student target.
Travel, lunch, and airtime allowance of KES 500 per enrollment, paid instantly upon admission.
