Job Description
Bomet County is looking for two qualified individuals to fill the position of Clerical Officer II (Grade CPSB 13). The role involves supporting the administrative and human resource departments through meticulous record keeping, correspondence management, and financial data processing.
Duties and Responsibilities
Compiling and maintaining statistical records.
Sorting, filing, and dispatching incoming and outgoing letters.
Maintaining an efficient and organized filing system.
Processing appointments, promotions, disciplinary cases, transfers, and other human resource management tasks.
Computing financial or statistical records using routine or special information sources.
Preparing payment vouchers.
Compiling data and drafting simple letters and routine correspondence.
Requirements for Appointment
Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C (Plain) or its approved equivalent.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Must have fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya regarding integrity and leadership.
