Job Description
The Embu County Government is looking to recruit two (2) qualified individuals for the position of Clerical Officer II. This role provides essential support to county operations through various administrative and office management tasks. Candidates will be expected to maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity in the execution of their duties.
Responsibilities
Providing general administrative and clerical support to assigned departments.
Managing and maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
Assisting in the preparation of official documents and reports.
Handling office correspondence and inquiries efficiently.
Ensuring the implementation of established administrative procedures.
Performing any other duties as may be assigned by supervisors.
Requirements and Qualifications
Must possess a BA/BSc/HND qualification in a relevant field.
A valid National Identity Card is mandatory.
Academic and Professional Certificates along with relevant Testimonials must be provided.
Compliance with Chapter Six of the Kenyan Constitution is required for shortlisted candidates.

Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)
Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)
Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)
Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI)
