Zuri Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chief Security Officer to design, implement, and oversee the organization's comprehensive security strategies and policies. In this role, you will lead efforts to protect our physical assets, information systems, and, most importantly, the physical safety of our staff, executives, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Zuri’s overall security strategy and policies.
Lead physical security and information protection programs.
Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across the organization.
Oversee incident response, investigations, and crisis management activities.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry security standards.
Protect the physical safety and wellbeing of all staff, executives, and visitors, including monitoring access to Zuri Health premises.
Safeguard Zuri Health assets, equipment, and intellectual property.
Establish clear protocols for medical and wellness outreach events.
Ensure robust home-based security support for staff welfare.
Provide elevated protection for the Chief Executive Officer.
Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and security testing.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in security management and leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of risk management and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to respond effectively during crises and security incidents.
