CCTV Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems and fleet tracking platforms on a continuous basis.
• Track vehicle movement and ensure route compliance via the cameras installed in trucks (MettaX and VSS platform).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures through active camera monitoring.
• Monitor loading and offloading of goods via the camera.
• Coordinate with drivers, supervisors, and relevant departments during emergencies or operational challenges.
• Review CCTV footage and tracking history when required for investigations.
• Prepare daily operational and tracking reports.

Education and Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Security Management, Information Technology, Logistics, Transport Management, Criminology, or a security-related field.
• Training in CCTV monitoring and GPS/fleet tracking systems, safety procedures, or emergency response will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in CCTV monitoring systems.
• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, control room operations, logistics coordination, or fleet tracking.
• Experience in incident reporting and operational communication.
• Experience in a transport or logistics environment will be an added advantage.
