We are looking for a professional and organized Cashier/Supervisor to manage financial transactions and provide operational oversight. This role involves handling customer payments while leading the service team to maintain high standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will balance technical proficiency at the point of sale with strong leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
Manage the cash register and process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
Supervise floor staff and oversee daily operations to ensure productivity.
Maintain and enforce excellent service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor operational workflows and address any issues that arise during shifts.
Ensure strong leadership and maintain clear communication within the team.
Requirements
Qualification: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree, Higher National Diploma, or equivalent (BA/BSc/HND).
Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Integrity: High level of integrity and attention to detail in cash management.
Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
