The role of the Car Tracking Sales Agent is to actively drive sales of car tracking and fleet management services in Kisumu. The agent will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting new leads to closing deals, ensuring that monthly sales targets are met and exceeded, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Actively prospect and generate new sales leads for car tracking and fleet management services.
Conduct sales visits to individuals, fleet owners, and corporates.
Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and close sales.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide accurate reports on sales activity and market feedback.
Educate clients on product usage and benefits during onboarding.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum KCSE qualification required.
Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in field sales – experience selling car tracking solutions is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Must be self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
