The Business Operation Associate is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations across the organization by ensuring efficient resource utilization, effective project execution, and high-quality service delivery. This role involves cross-functional collaboration within the ISAT Group and requires a focus on productivity, cost reduction, and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Operation Management
Daily Oversight: Managing daily business activities and optimizing processes and resources (staff, materials, technology) to ensure high productivity and cost efficiency.
Group Collaboration: Coordinating with different country heads across the ISAT Group of companies on operational matters.
Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement, analyzing data to enhance workflow efficiency, reducing errors, and implementing changes.
Team Leadership: Managing personnel, including staffing, training, and maintaining team morale.
Strategic Execution: Aligning day-to-day operations with the overall objectives of the company.
Project Management
End-to-End Delivery: Working with project managers across the group to deliver projects on time, control costs, and ensure quality through constant customer feedback.
Monitoring: Tracking project progress and establishing necessary deadlines.
Customer Relation Management
Support Coordination: Working with the customer support manager on operational matters affecting customers, with a focus on day-to-day supervision.
Client Satisfaction: Direct involvement in customer management and visitations to ensure experience satisfaction.
Vendor, Pricing & Cost Management
Vendor Coordination: Managing vendor relationships and negotiating favorable pricing terms.
Supplier Management: Cultivating relationships with suppliers and evaluating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for cost reduction negotiations.
Analysis: Conducting cost analysis and assessing the implementation and scheduling of solutions sold.
Compliance, Licensing, and Permits
Regulatory Adherence: Ensuring business compliance across all operations, working closely with the group regulatory officer to complete quarterly returns.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Telecommunication.
At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the telecom industry, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proven track record of success in managing and improving business operations.
Experience managing operations in complex environments with multiple international stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
