Stellar Human Resource Solutions is looking for a Business Development Executive – ERP Sales to join their team. The primary objective of this role is to drive growth and expand the market presence for enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software and SaaS sales, particularly with experience in selling Odoo ERP or similar systems. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and leveraging digital tools for lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential business clients using LinkedIn outreach and cold prospecting techniques.
Promote and sell Odoo ERP or similar enterprise resource planning systems to prospective clients.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates using CRM software.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
Requirements
Experience selling Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems.
Background in software / SaaS / tech sales.
Skilled in LinkedIn outreach and cold prospecting.
Strong CRM and pipeline management skills.
Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
