The Branch Manager is responsible for driving and delivering exceptional Retail and Business Banking performance through powerful branch leadership, team development, and excellent customer experience. The role involves delivering growth targets, maintaining high operational standards, and establishing a high-performance culture within the branch team at Nkrumah Road, Mombasa.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth (60%)
Implement strategic initiatives and align branch execution plans with the Bank's overall strategy (Growth, Transformation, and Returns).
Monitor branch performance and adjust execution strategies accordingly.
Manage portfolio risks and conduct product reviews based on market feedback.
Collaborate with business functions like CIB, Asset Finance, and Bancassurance to maximize cross-selling.
Conduct market intelligence to identify new opportunities and customer trends.
Manage borrowing and non-borrowing accounts to enhance loyalty and retention.
Lead the branch team to achieve customer retention, transaction migration, and acquisition goals.
Establish relationships with Top 200 clients and local influencers.
