Baron Capital Limited is a non-deposit Taking Lending Institution, registered in the Republic of Kenya in 2016. We started our operations in January 2017 in Ongata Rongai. Our products include:
- Logbook Loans.
- Title Deed Loans.
- Asset Financing.
- Loan Buy Off.
This role is for a Branch Admin to oversee the daily operations and administration of a branch, with a specific focus on loan processing, collections, and customer relationship management. The physical location of the branch is at the Jewel Complex (Thika Road) in Nairobi.
Responsibilities:
- Loan Processing: Handle loan applications efficiently, ensuring timely approvals and disbursements in line with company policy.
- Collections: Manage overdue payments while maintaining strong client relationships to minimize defaults.
- Customer Support: Deliver excellent service to new and existing clients by responding to inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
- Branch Operations: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in microfinance or banking is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of loan processing and collections is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
