Boutique Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor operations of the boutique to ensure smooth runnings.
• Manage, motivate, and schedule the retail staff and store teams.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and overall store appearance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively handle customer inquiries and feedback.
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and reporting.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in boutique, retail, or store operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience in customer service, visual merchandising, and sales performance management.
• Strong marketing, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good organizational, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good fashion sense, professional grooming, and brand representation skills.
• Mature, proactive, honest, and results-driven.
