Kilifi Fried Chicken is a casual dining establishment serving freshly prepared, crispy fried chicken with bold flavours, alongside classic sides. We are currently seeking a skilled and professional Barista to join our team in Nairobi.
The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages in a fast-paced, welcoming environment. We are looking for an individual with a passion for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Operate commercial coffee machines to prepare a variety of coffee-based beverages.
Ensure all drinks are prepared and presented to high-quality and consistency standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
Provide friendly and professional service to all customers.
Work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced hospitality setting to meet customer demands.
Pay close attention to detail in beverage preparation and presentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum qualification of BA/BSc/HND.
At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Ability to prepare a wide range of coffee beverages.
A friendly and professional attitude with excellent communication skills.
Strong commitment to hygiene, food safety, and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
