Bancassurance Sales Consultant - Rift Valley

This role is for a Bancassurance Sales Consultant tasked with driving insurance sales through partner bank channels in the Rift Valley region.

Jubilee Insurance was established in August 1937, as the first locally incorporated Insurance Company based in Mombasa. Jubilee Insurance has spread its sphere of influence throughout the region to become the largest Composite insurer in East Africa, handling Life, Pensions, General, and Medical insurance.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, or any related field.
• Certificate of proficiency in insurance.
• Valid IRA license.
• Minimum 2 years experience in insurance.
• Strong understanding of prospecting, sales pipeline management, reporting, and public engagement skills.
