Bancassurance Sales Consultant - Mt. Kenya Regions

Key Responsibilities & Duties (Implied)

As a Bancassurance Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize bancassurance penetration across the Mt. Kenya Regions.
• Work closely with partner bank staff to generate leads and cross-sell insurance products to bank customers.
• Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from initial prospecting to policy issuance and after-sales service.
• Provide comprehensive advice to clients on insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Maintain updated knowledge of all Jubilee Insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes (COP, IRA).

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Insurance, Actuarial Science, or any related field.
• Professional Certification: Certificate of proficiency in insurance (COP) and a valid IRA license are mandatory.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the insurance sector, preferably in a sales or bancassurance role.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong understanding of prospecting methodologies, effective sales pipeline management, robust reporting skills, and strong public communication/interaction abilities.
