Bancassurance Sales Consultant

The Bancassurance Sales Consultant role at Jubilee Insurance, based in Nairobi, is a full-time position dedicated to driving the sales of insurance products through the bancassurance channel. This involves collaborating with partner banks to market and sell Jubilee Insurance’s comprehensive offerings, which include Life, Pensions, General, and Medical insurance.

Jubilee Insurance, established in August 1937, is the largest Composite insurer in East Africa. This role requires a professional capable of utilizing strong sales and prospecting skills to leverage the bank customer base and meet ambitious sales targets.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, or any related field.
• Certifications: Certificate of proficiency in insurance.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) license.
• Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the insurance sector is required.
• Core Competencies: Applicants must demonstrate a strong understanding and proven ability in prospecting techniques, managing the sales pipeline efficiently, effective sales reporting, and professional public interaction and communication.
