AutoXpress Ltd, East Africa's leading supplier of tyres, wheels, batteries, and automotive accessories, is seeking an Auto Parts Sales Executive for the Western region. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer accounts, and ensuring compliance with credit policies while providing expert product recommendations to clients.
Principal Accountabilities
Account Management: Maintain existing customers by offering personalized individual account management and support through regular customer contact and visits.
Sales Growth: Drive customer growth by identifying and bringing on board new customers.
Technical Advisory: Provide customers with accurate product recommendations based on the customers’ requirements.
Communication: Communicate new products, services, and special developments to customers.
Reporting: Preparation and maintenance of accurate sales reports.
Key Competencies
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and account management skills.
Customer-focused, result-oriented, performance-driven, and proactive.
Sharp business acumen and financial understanding.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline; sales and marketing specialization is an added advantage.
At least 2-3 years working experience in a sales position in the automotive industry.
Strong product knowledge of auto parts and accessories.
Basic financial literacy, including key concepts like revenue, sales, and profit.
Preferably a Kenyan citizen.
