AutoXpress Ltd is seeking a dynamic Auto Parts Sales Executive to be based in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer credit policies, maintaining existing customer relationships through personalized account management, and driving growth by onboarding new clients. The role requires a deep understanding of auto parts and accessories to provide accurate recommendations and effective communication of new products and services.
Principal Accountabilities
Customer Credit Management: Oversee and manage customer credit policies to ensure financial compliance.
Account Management: Maintain existing customers by offering personalized individual account management and support through regular contact and site visits.
Business Growth: Identify and bring on board new customers to expand the company's market reach.
Product Consultation: Provide customers with accurate product recommendations based on their specific technical requirements.
Customer Communication: Inform customers about new products, services, and special developments.
Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports to track performance and market trends.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline; a specialization in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in a sales position within the automotive industry.
In-depth product knowledge of auto parts and accessories.
Basic financial literacy, including an understanding of revenue, sales, and profit concepts.
Must be a Kenyan citizen (preferred).
